She's ok without the tylenol staying down if she's at 99.4 ... so don't worry too much about that unless her fever shoots up higher. Fevers tend to spike in the afternoon and again in the evening.
I left you a note on the Yahoo group ... but try the 7-11 store on Shamian Island for popsicles! My kids even like to just hold onto a cool, wet washcloth if they are feverish, seems to bring them comfort to the face and hands.
